Community Impact

We believe that mining is a platform for local progress. We design every project to create shared value — not only for investors, but for the people and places we work alongside.

Our approach is rooted in collaboration, respect for Indigenous governance, and locally led hiring and training. Rather than build isolated operations, we embed long-term economic opportunity into every mine from day one.

Social Commitments

Indigenous & Community Partnerships

We engage early and often with Indigenous governments and local leaders to co-create training pathways, align employment goals, and ensure land use is respectful and mutually beneficial.

Local Hiring & Economic Participation

Our workforce strategy prioritizes regional job creation, with over 60% of site labour sourced locally. Every active site includes safety certification, upskilling programs, and pathways to career advancement.

While our focus is people, we also design low-footprint/low impact operations that support land reclamation and reduced water use, aligned with community expectations and future sustainability
